A third man has been charged in connection with the theft of a pair of Indiana Department of Natural Resources snowmobiles from Potato Creek State Park late last year.
The Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office charged Troy M. Burgh, 24, of South Bend, earlier this month with two counts of theft for his alleged role in the theft of the DNR snowmobiles.
Officers with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested Burgh on Monday. He was being held on $3,000 cash bond late Tuesday. He has not yet been arraigned.
