Lady Pilgrims suffer 1st NLC loss at NorthWood

Plymouth's girls basketball team suffered its first Northern Lakes Conference loss of the season, 43-38, on the road at NorthWood Saturday.
The Lady Pilgrims fell behind 18-2 in the first quarter and played catch-up all night. They shot just 15-of-40 (37 percent) from the field in the loss.
One bright spot for Plymouth was defense, as Allie Wright and Kara Morwood held Division I recruit Jordyn Frantz 11 points below her average with nine points in the win.
Hunter Stevens scored 15 points to lead Plymouth, while Wright finished with nine.
