• Kiwanis Club of Plymouth meets from 12 – 1 p.m. at Ponderosa. We “serve the children of the world” with a special focus on improving the lives of children in our community. Join us for lunch and informative speakers. New members are always welcome.
• First Pentecostal Church of God, 509 S. Roosevelt Rd., Knox is having a Revival Oct. 3-14 at 6:30 p.m. nightly. Evangelist Brother and Sister Coffee will be the guest speakers.
• A representative of the State Attorney General’s Office and E. Nelson Chipman, Marshall County Prosecuting Attorney will be at The Life Enrichment Center , 1305 W. Harrison Street, Plymouth at 5 p.m. The public is invited to come learn as they discuss the problem of elder exploitation. Come learn about available resources and strategies to address and combat financial abuse of our elderly friends and family. Dessert will be served at this FREE event.

• Plymouth Optimist Club “Friend of Youth” meets from 7 - 8 a.m. at the Ponderosa Steak House. You are invited to join us for breakfast and informative speakers. The Optimist Club focuses on the youth of our community, and other community projects.
