• The Marshall County Historical Society & Tri Kappa Sorority are hosting a “A Night to Remember” in downtown Plymouth from 5- 7 p.m. Experience Old-Fashioned Days in downtown Plymouth the way it used to be with visits to J. C. Penney, the Rees, Powell’s Hardware, People’s Drug Store, Wards, Bosworth’s, and the Bee Hive. Tickets to the fundraiser are $10 and include a history presentation at each stop, and refreshments like hot buttered popcorn at the Rees or a root beer float at People’s Drug Store. • “The History of Ancilla: Your Hometown College” with Dr. Tom Buchanan from 12-1 p.m. the third in a series of talks featuring the Poor Handmaids sesquicentennial. Dr. Tom Buchanan, Ancilla College history professor, will present, “The History of Ancilla: Your Hometown College.” Discover some interesting facts & intriguing stories about the history of Ancilla College as it has served our community over the years.
• Come join the Friday afternoon Euchre group today at The Life Enrichment Center/Marshall County Council on Aging, 1305 W. Harrison St., Plymouth. This group meets each Friday at 1 p.m. to play. New card players are welcome! They will even teach you how to play the game.
• Attorneys with the Volunteer Lawyer Network organization will be at the Life Enrichment Center/Marshall County Council of Aging, 1305 W. Harrison St., Plymouth to provide free legal advice.
