• Lots of reasons to come downtown during Earth Week, now through April 22. The Marshall County Museum is showing a short film on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 12-1 p.m. about the controversial misuse of wetlands in northwestern Indiana called, “Everglades of the North.” Bring a sack lunch and enjoy this historic film about a natural wonder, comparable to the Florida Everglades, that once occupied nearly a million acres west of Marshall County. • During Earth Hug Boogie Week April 16 -22, Heartland Artists Gallery is hosting a class with Bonnie Zimmer. AGES 13+ - ADULT may attend the Earth Mandala Art Class from 6-8:30 at the Gallery in downtown Plymouth. Learn about cultures that honor the earth by creating circular works of art for healing and restoring balance to earth. Bonnie is an environmental artist who weaves nature with discarded items to create dimensional and meaningful art. All supplies included, cost is $18. • Kids ages 8-12 yrs are invited to attend Earth Mandala Class from 4-5:30 at the Gallery in downtown Plymouth. This will take place during Earth Hug Boogie Week April 16 -22.
