• This popular monthly second-Friday speaker’s series at the Marshall County Museum, is kicking off a new year of interesting presentations with an historic twist! The fourth season of these free lunch and learn programs is designed to build and celebrate our community, as well as indulge the audience’s curiosity on fun topics of interest! The first program, “The Poor Handmaids – 150 Years in Indiana,” features Sister Mary Jo Shingler from noon – 1 p.m. in the Museum Community Room. Plan on attending the noontime programs offered in the series at the Marshall County Museum, 123 N. Michigan St. in downtown Plymouth. We supply the speaker…Don’t forget your sack lunch.
• Heartland Artists Gallery Watercolor from 6-8 p.m. with Kathy Zentz (series of three classes). $40 for adults. Call 936-9515 to sign up.
• Wythougan Toastmasters meet from 6:45 -7:45 a.m. at Christos Family Dining. It’s an opportunity to improve your communication and leadership skills in a friendly environment. • Senior Fit Exercise meets at 11 a.m. at the Life Enrichment Center, 1305 W. Harrison St., Plymouth. This free exercise class is led by a physical trainer and aims to improve flexibility and endurance.
• Come join the Friday afternoon Euchre group today at The Life Enrichment Center/Marshall County Council on Aging, 1305 W. Harrison St., Plymouth. This group meets each Friday at 1 p.m. to play. New card players are welcome! They will even teach you how to play the game.
