Early registration is $15 per entry, if postmarked by June 28. Entries postmarked between June 29 and July 4 will be charged $25 to compete.
Entries will be divided up by gender and then into two divisions and three sections in each division.
Division I (ages 5 or 6, 7 or 8, and 9 or 10) will swim one length of the Bremen Public Pool – just shy of 25 yards, bikes 1.6 miles on a bike course along the city streets, and run 0.6 mile on the park sidewalk and grassy areas.
Division II (ages 11 or 12, 13 or 14, and 15 or 16) will swim two lengths of the Bremen Public Pool – just shy of 50 yards, bike 2.5 miles on the city and country roads, and run one mile circling Sunnyside Park.
Divisions are determined by the age of the youth as of July 19. Any child who cannot swim must bring their own life jackets as there is no separate division for non-swimmers. All bikes must have handlebar grips or end caps; no raw metal edges will be allows. Approved helmets are required and must be worn. Kickstands are required and must be used in transition areas.

Children in Division 1 are expected to do as much on their own as possible, however one adult per participant is allowed. The adult may move alongside the participant as a guide only. During the swim event, shirts, shoes and helmet
must be left with the bike in the transition area. No adults are allowed on the bike course (we
have a bike safety crew to assist with any problems your child might have.) The child must be in control of the bike at all times. At no time can an adult maneuver the bike during the race. The child must return the bike to the starting location in the bike transition area when returning from the bike event. An adult can accompany the child on the run with extreme caution not to be in the way of other runners. The adult must break away and let child cross finish line on their own.
No assistance will be allowed for participants in Division 2. They are expected to do everything on their own. Racer’s shirt, shoes and helmet must be left in transition area. Following the bike course, the bike must be returned to the space in which it started.
All race finishers will receive a medal. Race results will be posted soon after the last finisher crosses the finish line. Trophies for top 5 boy/girl, finishers in each age division. Stay and enjoy the celebration including a DJ. Every family is sure to have a great time!
