The City Council finished its October meetings with an abundance of good news. This was shared meeting with the Board of works.
Everyone was present.
No one wanted to miss this.
The main event was the presentation by Umbaugh and by Commonwealth Engineers.
The focus is the for the coming Combined Sewer Overflow long-term plan.
As has been documented, Nappanee got the largest grant ever to help pay for this.
