Monday:

• A planning meeting for the fourth annual Celebrate & Support Our Troops dinner and auction fundraiser will be held at the home of Jan Houin. Anyone is welcome to come and share ideas. If you can't attend but have something to add please email jlhouin@hotmail.com or call Houin at 574-936-1424.
• City of Plymouth board of public works and safety will meet at 6 p.m. at council chambers, 124 N. Michigan St., Plymouth. Common council meeting will follow at 6:30 p.m. or immediately following the board of public works meeting.
• Marcia McCartney, RN from Miller's Merry Manor, Plymouth will take blood pressure and oxygen saturation readings starting at 11 a.m. at the Matchett Senior Center, 805 N. Harris St., Bourbon. Free and open to the public. REAL Service dinner is served at 11:30 a.m. Call in reservation before Jan. 26 between 10-11:30 a.m. A donation is taken for the dinner. • A Bicentennial meeting will be held at 9 a.m. at the Marshall County Historical Society Museum. The goal is to talk about plans to celebrate Indiana's 200th birthday in 2016.

Tuesday:

• Purdue Extension of Marshall County, 112 W. Jefferson St. Room 304, Plymouth, is holding a trio of educational programs. From 1-2 p.m. is Kitchen Gadget Savvy, 2-3 p.m. is 14 Tips for Brain Fitness; and 3-4 p.m. is Enjoy the Healthy Harvest. For more information, please call 574-935-8545.
• Anna Corbett from Miller's Merry Manor, Plymouth will host bingo at 12 p.m. at the Matchett Senior Center, 805 N. Harris St., Bourbon. Bingo is free and open to senior citizens. • Marshall County safety commission will meet at 9 a.m. in the Plymouth Community School Corporation board room.

Thursday:

• The American Red Cross is hosting a blood drive from 11:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., at Knights of Columbus, 901 E. Jefferson St. in Plymouth. Download the American Red Cross Blood Donor App, visit redcrossblood.org or call 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767) to make an appointment or for more information.
• The Marshall County Plan Commission will convene for an executive session at 6:30 p.m. in Room 207 of the Marshall County Building for the purpose of discussing personnel matters.

Saturday:

• Plymouth Public Library is featuring Saturday family movie time at 1 p.m. in the Laramore A meeting room. These include a variety of children's and family movies. Parents of children 10 years of age and younger must accompany and remain with children. If desired, bring snacks and drinks from home or purchase them in the library snack room. • Potato Creek State Park will be hosting feeding time at 10 a.m. Stop by the Nature Center to watch the animals being fed.
• Potato Creek State Park will present "Snakes Are Great!" at 2 p.m. in the Nature Center auditorium.

Sunday:

• Pretty Lake Trinity United Methodist Church, 8985 S.R. 17, at Redwood about 3 miles west of Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, is hosting a soup-er bowl Sunday luncheon from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Five kinds of soup, sandwiches, veggies, desserts, and drinks will be served. Cost is $8.50 for adults, $4 for children ages 6-12, and children younger than 6 free.
