UPDATE: Coroner says toxicology reports negative in Sunday's crash

May 4, 2012

PLYMOUTH — Marshall County coroner Bill Cleavenger released a statement Friday saying that final toxicology reports for Sunday's crash involving the death of former Marshall County Commissioner Donald E. Ferguson came back negative.
Cleavenger said he did not believe that alcohol or drugs were even a remote possibility in Ferguson’s death as a driver, but state law mandates such tests when a fatality occurs.
