Bremen’s baseball team dropped an 11-5 decision to NSC foe New Prairie Monday night in Bremen.
Eric Knepper took the loss on the mound, his first of the year. He also doubled in the loss.

Argos loses to West Central
Argos fell 12-7 to visiting West Central in a baseball game at Argos Monday.
The Dragons were outhit 11-4 and committed six errors in the loss.

Knox dimes Culver
Knox plated three runs in the top of the first and never relinquished the lead in an 11-1 NSC victory over host Culver Community Monday.

Softball
Plymouth shut out at Goshen
Plymouth traveled to Goshen on a cold game night on Monday evening, falling 4-0 at the NLC contest.
Both teams came out with solid defense as it was a tie 0-0 game through four and a half innings. Goshen had their one inning rally with four hits and four runs scored in the fifth. That proved to be the only inning with any runs crossing the plate throughout the whole game. Plymouth had action offensively, the team just struggled to close the door and score.
Throughout the game, Plymouth left 11 runners on base in the shutout.
The Pilgrims will return for a home game versus Wawasee on Wednesday at 5 p.m. This game will be celebrating Teacher Appreciation Night where each athlete is honoring a teacher of her choice. All teachers will receive free admission to the game.

Bremen beats New Prairie
Shannon Arndt homered and drove in three runs, and Bremen beat New Prairie 11-5 in a Northern State Conference game Monday night in New Carlisle.
Chelsea Huppert went the distance in the circle, striking out eight with no walks in the pitching win.
Emily Molden, Shelby Zellmer and Micaela Box all doubled in the win.
