OD’s Richie highlights IBCA/ Pacers-Fever Players of the Week

HAMLET — Zach Richie of Oregon-Davis highlighted a list of six Indiana high school basketball players named to the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association Pacers-Fever Players of the Week.
Richie was named along with Dustin Smith of Eastern Hancock, Cody Zeller of Washington, Allie Mattocks of Rensselaer Central, LaRae Cruz of Greenfield-Central and Morgan Johnson of Whiteland as the IBCA/Pacers-Fever Players of the Week for the week of December 13-18, 2010.
The OD junior, who currently owns the highest scoring average in the state at 41.4 points per game, averaged 47.5 points in two games to earn his weekly award.
