BOCA RATON, Fla. — Margaret Koch, 100, of Boca Raton, Fla., passed away on Oct. 1, 2013.
Margaret was born March 10, 1913 in Indianapolis. She attended Colorado Springs High School and went on to Butler University in Indianapolis, graduating in 1933 with a BA and a major in business. Margaret married Major Robert Koch (U.S. Army) on Feb. 2, 1946 at her parents’ home in Indianapolis.
Margaret, with her husband Robert, was the co-founder of Bomarko, Inc in 1963. The company, under their guidance and management, evolved into a prominent printing and converting company in Plymouth, spanning 50 years. Robert and Margaret Koch - Bomarko Founders Scholarship was established at Ancilla College. The Koches sold the company on July 18, 1988 to James Azzar.
Margaret is survived by her five nieces and Robert’s nephew.
