Intoxicated 19-year-old arrested at library

May 4, 2012

PLYMOUTH — Plymouth police responded to a call Thursday that there was a female who appeared to be ill at the north end of the Plymouth Public Library. An officer arrived to check on the situation and found Alicia N. Lewis, 19, of Plymouth, who was crying. While speaking with Lewis, the officer smelled alcohol on her breath. A warrant check was performed and it was discovered that she had two outstanding arrest warrants. She was taken into custody.
