Culver students inducted into Fine Arts Honor Society

Culver Academies inducted three local students into the Fine Arts Honor Society April 28, during the spring Parents Weekend. Fine Arts Honor Society inductees are students who, in the opinion of the Fine Arts faculty, “demonstrate a dedication to craft through purposeful practice, accomplishing the highest standard in performance and exhibition.”

Local students included Kacie Hermanson and Abby Jeffirs (front row, first two at left), and Claire Marshall and Sarah Boland (first two at left in second row). Hermanson was inducted for vocal music and was already in the society for visual arts; Jeffirs was inducted for visual arts; Boland for instrumental music; and Marshall for theatre.
Inductees in total were (front row, left to right): Hermanson, Jeffirs, Natalie Schurr, Mariah Walzer. The Academies inducts twice a year.
