NAPPANEE -- Joe Sabo, superintendent of the Wa-Nee School Corporation took the time during the last week's Wa-Nee School Board of Trustees Meeting to allow Ryan Hill of the Crossing to speak with trustees about the Job Training Program offered by the Crossing.
Currently, three area students attend- one also attends NorthWood during the school hours. Students who also attend NorthWood High School, attend the Crossing's Job Training Program for three hours each day and spend the other half of the day at the school.
It shows you what real work is like and true commitment is. The job training program allows you hands on action to your job," a student named Josh explained.
