• ParkSide Community Church, 225 S Michigan St., Argos, presents a Christmas musical, “The Christmas S.O.C.C.E.R. Team”, at 6 p.m. The musical features a variety of music styles from bluegrass to hip-hop as well as traditional carols. Refreshments follow the performance.
• Special Olympics Indiana: Marshall-Starke All you can Eat Chili Supper from 4:30-8 p.m. at the Plymouth Elks Lodge, 12445 7th Rd., Plymouth. Adults $8; children 6-12 $4, under five eat free.
• Walnut Church of the Brethren Kids Choir presents: The Christmas Dream Team Parade an Almost Cancelled Christmas at 7 p.m., 5975 19th Rd., Argos.
• St. Michael’s Altar Rosary Society ‘s annual Cookie Walk will be held from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. at St. Michael’s School Cafeteria, 612 N Center St, in Plymouth. Shop the variety of homemade cookies for sale at $4/lb. Fresh coffee, hot chocolate and individual cookies will also be available.
• Bremen Conservation Club Breakfast to Order from 8-10:30 a.m. Cost is $7 for adults and $3.50 for children under 10.
•Wild Rose Moon, historic downtown Plymouth presents “Southside” Denny Snyder and the Snyder Family, 8 p.m. Jazz and blues. Tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for children and can purchased online at wildrosemoon.com, A.S.K. for Flowers and Wagoner’s Music.
• Santa and Mrs. Claus will be in Santa’s house, located in the 100 block of South Jackson St, next to the Standpipe behind 1st Federal Savings Bank, from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Children are invited to come visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus and receive a special treat.
• Plymouth High School students who are in advanced Chinese classes will be at the Plymouth Public Library to help the public learn Chinese. Students will be reading Chinese stories and teaching anyone who is interested how to write in Chinese from 10-11 a.m. in the Laramore Room of the library.
• Lapaz Lion’s Club Toys for Tots collection at 10 a.m. until noon at the Lapaz Fire Station. Dollar General and First Source Bank are also designated collection sites.
• Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser from 6-9 pm at St Isidore Hall Bremen. 50/50 drawing, raffles and entertainment for Michelle (Meister) Solomon of Bremen.
• Argos Public Library Christmas Cookie Walk from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Donations needed. Call 892-5818.
• Trinity United Methodist Church annual Christmas Cookie Walk from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., 425 S. Michigan St., Plymouth. New this year: two lb. containers of prepared cookie dough, white or chocolate chip; oatmeal, cranberry or sugar. Cookies $5/lb. Breads and candy priced separately. Dough is $10 per container.
• Photos with Santa presented by the Plymouth Parks Dept. from noon-3 p.m. at River Park Square. Free hot chocolate and popcorn.
• Culver Academies and Ancilla College invite you to welcome the holidays with a Christmas concert, at 4 p.m. in the Ancilla Domini Chapel. Performing groups include the Culver Academies Orchestra, Concert Band, and Choir.
• Looking for crafts, baked goods, Christmas items or holiday gifts? Make plans to be in Shipshewana for the Ship-Chic Craft & Vintage Show Holiday Bazaar from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. inside the Shipshewana Auction Miscellaneous & Antique Building. Early Bird Admission is $5.00 at the door and is from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. All early bird shoppers receive a $5.00 coupon to use at the Shipshewana Auction Restaurant or Farmstead Inn and entries to win door prizes. After 12 p.m., admission is $3 per person. Children 12 & under are free, and there is no charge for parking.
