Bremen’s Box to play basketball for Manchester

BREMEN — Bremen’s Jacob Box has signed on to play for the Manchester Spartans men’s basketball team next season. 
Box was a three-year starter for the Lions and was voted All-Northern State Conference first team his senior season after putting up 14.4 points per game with 58 total rebounds, 39 assists and 27 steals for the season. He received the Dean’s Scholarship and will be studying Sports Management and Business.
Manchester is an NCAA Division III college competing in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference alongside teams from Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. The Spartans are scheduled to play the Butler Bulldogs this upcoming season.
