Angelina Borkholder, right, is awarded the Roaring Lambs Scholarship by Sandy Krost, member of the Pathfinder’s Class of Bremen United Methodist Church. Borkholder will be a junior at Taylor University in the fall. The $500 scholarship was established in memory of Michael L. Devine in 1994 when he would have been a member of that high school graduating class. It has been awarded annually since that time.  The scholarship is awarded to help a Bremen Christian student pursue the necessary education for a career that will enable him or her to shape our culture. Bob Briner’s book “Roaring Lambs: A Gentle Plan to Radically Change Your World” is the inspiration for this scholarship. It is awarded to a student who seeks to bring a Christian perspective into his or her career in the political arena or in the arts, such as drama, music, literature, art, photography, cinematography or communications.
