Ancilla introduces Marcelo Marino as head of Culinary Arts program

Marcelo Marino on the left, is the head of the Culinary Arts program at Ancilla College. The program will be working with Vincent Schaefer Executive Chef at Swan Lake Resort to provide the students valuable experience.

Ancilla College announced that Marcelo Marino a classically trained chef will be head of the Culinary Arts program. The program offers an Associate of Science degree and is a part of the Ancilla Business School.
The program is partnering with Swan Lake Resort to use their kitchen facilities and provide valuable hands-on experience to the students.
