2 arrested for meth, child neglect

July 17, 2012

PLYMOUTH — Jason Wolff, 29, and Jessica Goad, 24, both of Plymouth, were arrested Friday at Carriage Green Apartments after Plymouth police officer John Weir arrived at the apartments to investigate a report of a strange odor. Weir, Corporal Ray West and officer Christopher Miller attempted to make contact with the occupants of the apartment and noticed a male subject climbing out of the balcony. Police eventually kicked in the door to the apartment. An active meth lab was found inside, along with a 2-year-old child. The child was taken into protective custody and transported to the hospital. Wolff and Goad were transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with manufacturing/dealing meth within 1,000 feet of a school and neglect of a chid.

It's hard to believe that's their real age. I'd a guessed maybe 60 /70 years old. Me myself, I'd like to be a parent before a grandparent?!

Truly Sad

I moved to Carriage Green three years ago, and I love it here. I remember seeing these two people and their child. You just never know what makes people do the things they do, but I do agree the child should have never been with them inside. You have good and bad people everywhere

I can't believe she did that to her own child. Yes I know Jessica because she basically my Aunt. Her son was a very happy baby, I took care of him till he was 1 years-old. I can't imagine what he is going thro now. She made a horrible mistake and hope she regrets it. Hope her son finds a good home with no drugs. I'm gonna miss that little boys smile, laughter, and giggles. Hope Jessica gets time to think about what she has done.

Drug addicts need to think of more than just their drug addiction! If you want to load yourself up with drugs, then by all means, do it. BUT LEAVE THE KIDS OUT OF THE EQUATION!!!! AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, SO YOU ARENT ENDANGERING ALL OF THE INNOCENT PEOPLE THAT ARE SURROUNDING YOU! Pathetic!!! That is all I can say. I hate stupidity!
