BOURBON — Karen J. Weirick, 69, of Bourbon, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at 9:45 a.m. in Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center of Mishawaka.
Karen was born Nov. 21, 1944. She has been a lifelong resident of the area. On Sept. 15, 1962 she married Barry Weirick who died Oct. 22, 2003.
Karen was a homemaker and a graduate of Mentone High School. In her spare time she loved her dog; Lily and she enjoyed sewing and spending time with her grandchildren.

ETNA GREEN — Edward Yarian, 64, of Etna Green, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. in Warsaw Meadows, Warsaw.
Ed was born the son of Claude Edward “Murph” and Angeline (Ann) Walters Yarian on Aug. 27, 1949 at Warsaw. He has been a lifelong resident of the area. He first married Kathy I. (Collins) Wilson and later married on April 28, 1994 to Jane McFarland who survives.

ANGLETON, Texas — Dorothy Irene Cox, 94, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 13, 2014, at the Cypress Woods Care Center in Angleton, Texas. Dorothy was born on Oct. 8, 1919 to Lowell Masters and Addie Masters in Plymouth. She graduated from Plymouth High School, and married Tom Eugene Ferguson in December 1942. After 22 years of service she retired from United Technologies, Inc. Several years after her retirement, Dorothy relocated to the Houston Clear Lake Area in 1982, and then to Lake Jackson, in 1987.

PLYMOUTH — Dorothy M. Ringer, 85, passed away at her home on Nataka Trail, Plymouth at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2014.
She was born the daughter of Clarence L. and Ethel R. (Niswonger) Blakeley on May 24, 1928 in South Bend. She was a 1946 graduate of South Bend Adams High School. She worked at the Kresge’s Dime store for three years and also worked three years at Indiana Bell Telephone as an operator.
On May 15, 1950, Ken and Dorothy were united in married at the EUB parsonage.

He was born in Argos to the late Harry Lee and Betty Lucille Lockwood Carr.
He retired from Florida Tile as a supervisor and attended Jordan Baptist Church in Argos.

Army, Greg received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Western Kentucky University.

TYNER — Mable Gaynell Josleyn, 80, a resident of the area for over 40 years, passed away at 4:05 a.m. on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at her home in the loving care of her family and hospice.
The daughter of Ralph and Lucille (France) Huggins, Gaynell was born on June 4, 1933 in Madisonville, Ky. She attended school in Madisonville.
On March 2, 1948, Gaynell and Clyde Ray Josleyn were united in marriage in Madisonville, Ky. Clyde preceded her in death on July 20, 1993.
