PORT ST LUCIE, Fla. — Oscar Monroe Zehner, age 87, died of natural causes on Oct. 18, 2014 at St Lucie Medical Center in Port St Lucie, Fla. after several months of illness at the St Lucie Medical Center and Palm Garden of Port St Lucie Rehab & Skilled Nursing Facility.

PORT ORANGE, Fla. — Ned B. Haag, passed away peacefully on Oct. 31, 2014.
Ned was born in Plymouth on Oct. 9, 1933 to the late Byron and Bertha Haag.
Ned graduated from Tyner High School class of 1951. He joined the U.S. Navy and served our country from 1953-1957.
After his honorable discharge, Ned returned to Plymouth and engaged mainly in farming. Ned was a member of Port Orange Presbyterian Church. Tyner Odd Fellow Lodge #821, Ormond Beach Moose, and American Legion Post 0208.

GROVERTOWN — Richard A. Keltz, 82, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2014 in Miller’s Merry Manor, Plymouth.
Mr. Keltz was born April 15, 1932 in Plymouth to Edward and Evelyn (Kouts) Keltz and lived in the area all of his life.
On Nov. 22, 1958, in Plymouth, he married the former Anna Meadows, who preceded him in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Dian Wise of Michigan and Beth Browning of Grovertown; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

LOGANSPORT — Lenora “Nora” Lee Kopka, formerly of Argos, left this world to be with the Lord, Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014 in her residence in Logansport.
She was born Nov. 22, 1961 in Rochester, the daughter of Ernest Kopka and the late Esther (Clingler) Kopka.

PLYMOUTH — Ellen Nadine Fox, 80, formerly of Plymouth, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014 at the Catherine Kasper Life Center, Donaldson.
Born in Plymouth on Aug. 28, 1934, Nadine was the daughter of John Wilber and Hazel Glenn (Iler) Mowiser. She was a graduate of Argos High School.
On April 21, 1956 in Monterey, Nadine married Theodore “Ted” J. Fox and the couple would then settle in Plymouth. Ted would precede Nadine in death on Aug. 21, 2005.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Richard L. "Dick" Flagg, 82, of Raleigh, N.C., formerly of the Culver/Plymouth area, passed away at 4:14 a.m. on Oct. 26, 2014 at the Duke-Raleigh Hospital in Raleigh, N.C.
Dick was born on Sept. 22, 1932 to Wayne and Amy (Small) Flagg in Kansas City, Mo. He graduated from Culver High School and then received his college degree in business from Indiana University – Bloomington. He was a member of the Delta Upsilon fraternity and part of the ROTC program.

NORTH LIBERTY — Ruth L. Roush, 91, of North Liberty passed away at 10:45 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, 2014 at Miller’s Merry Manor, Walkerton. She was born on June 26, 1923 in South Bend to the late Jesse and Lavern (Roush) Hittle. On May 31, 1942 in North Liberty, she was united in marriage to Richard D. Roush.

FLANAGAN, Ill. — Mary Eve Schraer, 70, passed away Oct. 30, 2014 at Good Samaritan Home in Flanagan, Ill. where she had lived with her husband Charles since May 3, 2014. Mary was born in Indiana to Robert G. Mitchel and Estella Nettrour Mitchel on March 30, 1944. Mary is survived by her husband of 35 years Charles Schraer, sisters Treva (Larry) Norman, Martha (Bruce) Ringenberg and brothers Carl and John. She is also survived by three nieces and three nephews.
Mary faithfully attended the Rutland Christian Church in Rutland, Ill.
