HAMLET — June Miller, 72, died Monday, April 16, 2012 in her home.
She is survived by her husband, Fred; three children, Earnestine (Robert) Becker of Hamlet, Johnny Ray (Donna) Miller of Rensselaer and Freddy (Betty) Miller of LaPorte; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren;Â two brothers, Henry (Shirley) Miller and James (Paula) Miller; and one sister, Katherine (Roy) Craft.

ROCHESTER — Harold Keith West, 82, of Rochester died at 9:48 a.m., Friday, April 13, 2012 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.
He is survived by his wife, Veta; three sons, Jerome (Sue) West of Traverse City, Mich., Larry (Rhonda) West of Almont, Mich., Gary (Laura) West of Plymouth; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bert (Betty) West of Palacios,Texas, and George (Donna) West of Tacoma, Wash.

ROCHESTER — Gilbert G. Rich, 85, of Argos passed away Thursday, April 12, 2012 at 9:34 p.m. in Woodlawn Hospital at Rochester.
Gilbert was born the son of Edward Rich and Emma Haehnel Rich Feb. 22, 1927 at Leroy. He was a resident of Argos the past 48 years. He was a truck driver hauling steel. He served in the United States Army during World War II and was a member of the Bourbon American Legion Post #424 and Marshall County Farm Bureau. In his spare time he enjoyed working with rocks, polishing them and making various kinds of jewelry.
