•Jeremy Daryl Stump, 27 of Nappanee was arrested by Marshall County Sheriff's Department at 7 p.m. on Sept. 27 for failure to appear.
•David Wayne England, 48 of Plymouth was arrested by Plymouth Police at 7:10 p.m. on Sept. 27 for battery resulting in bodily injury to law enforcement, resisting law enforcement with force, disorderly conduct, harassment.
•Landon Charles Reser, 32 of Elkhart was arrested by Bourbon Police at 7:20 a.m. on Sept. 27 for public intoxication.

S. LaMar “Club” Stouder, age 91, of Nappanee, died at 6 a.m., Sun., Sept. 29, 2013 at Kindred Healthcare, Bremen after a brief illness. Surviving are his daughters, Barbara S. Keiser, Julie A. Stouder, both of Nappanee, Patricia E. (Mel) Witt, Carmel; sons, Tim L. (Connie) Stouder, Nappanee, Roger L. (Vicki) Stouder, South Bend; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.

LAPAZ - With enduring Faith, Jacqueline M. “Jackie” Berger was received into the arms of her Savior on Sat. morning, Sept. 28. At the age of 91, Jackie passed away at her home in LaPaz, a lifetime Marshall County resident.
Jackie was born in Plymouth on Sept. 30, 1921, the only child of Willard O. and Gladys F. (Manuwal) Bienz.

ROCHESTER — Charles O. Chilton, 62, of Rochester died at 7 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013 at Center for Hospice House of Elkhart.
He was born Nov. 18, 1950 in Bremen to Charles D. and Norma (Lechlitner) Chilton.
On July 10, 1987 in Argos he was married to Brenda Davis Harrell; she survives.
Charles owned and operated Chilton Excavating Inc. for nearly 30 years.

LOGANSPORT — Leona C. Good, 90, of Miller’s Merry Manor, Logansport, formerly of the Argos community, died Sept. 25, 2013 at 8:55 p.m. at Logansport Memorial Hospital following a very brief illness.
She was born Nov. 17, 1922 in Pulaski County, the daughter of Newton H. Rude Sr. and Geneva Cyrena (DePoy) Rude.
She had lived in the Argos community since 1976 coming from Winamac.
On June 6, 1942 she married Grover Baker, they later divorced and he preceded her in 1984. On June 14, 1976 she married Richard Good, he preceded her in 1991.

KNOX — Becky Sue Miller, 61, of Knox died Monday, Sept. 23, 2013.
She is survived by two daughters, Chanda (Michael) Myers of Burns Harbor, Ashlee (Rob) Spencer of Noblesville; a brother, David Diehl of Pennsylvania; a sister, Cam Owen of Winamac; and four grandchildren.
Visitation was from 4-8 p.m. CDT Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013 at M.C. Smith Funeral Home. Services were at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
